CANCELLATION POLICY
Every attempt will be made to ensure the event runs. However, the event organiser reserves the right to cancel the event at any time when it believes that cancellation is necessary due to unsuitable conditions or insufficient numbers, equipment failure or otherwise..
Cancellation by the applicant: If you decide that you no longer want to attend the course that you have paid for, the following provisions will apply:
More than 4 weeks notice:
· If the course can be resold a 10% admin charge will be taken from your payment and the rest refunded.
· If the course cannot be resold the MPB will retain 25% of the total course cost, the rest will be refunded. Refunds will be processed after reselling the place or the start of the course, whichever comes first.
Less than 4 weeks notice:
· If the course can be resold a 10% admin charge will be taken from your payment and the rest refunded. Refunds will be processed after reselling the place or the start of the course, whichever comes first.
· If the course cannot be resold MBP will retain 100% of the course cost no refund will be available.
Cancellation by MBP:
The full course fee, including any deposit will be returned. MBP will not be liable under any circumstances for any cost or loss incurred as a result of its failure to conduct a particular course.
