All recordable accidents and incidents must be reported as soon as possible.

A recordable accident is one where the person involved in the accident receives treatment above the level of first aid. However, all head injuries are considered to be recordable. Minor injuries will be recorded in the 1st Aid Report Book held by the Beach Co-ordinator. A recordable incident is an unexpected event which is hazardous in nature and has the potential to harm a person or property.
